Customer Support Specialist (m/f) Brno, Czech RepublicJOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Communication directly with customers via phone call, email or chat and helping them in their travels as well as to provide them with answers, support and solutions while committing to ensure an extraordinary customer experience
- Client provides German customer support during the day.
- Working days are Monday to Friday, 8 hours shift (08.00am - 06.00pm).
- Ability to demonstrate effective interpersonal and communication skills with customers
- Sales and customer service orientation
- Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to follow defined processes and procedures
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
- Excellent knowledge of German and English language (written and spoken) – minimum C1 level.
- Minimum high school diploma
- Advanced PC literacy
- Six months experience in a similar position desired
